The President of MAK and Anavad Ferhat Mehenni invited in Italy by Professor Vermondo Brugnatelli for the inauguration of the new headquarters of the Berber Cultural Association (ACB) in Milan, and at the same time to host a conference on torture and the violation by Algeria of human rights in Kabylia.
