Algeria colonial management system established by France in 1849 on the conquered territories, did not conserne Kabylia. Kabylia group of sovereign villages republique was conquered only in 1856 and underwent this effective management only from 1890. After the victory in 1962 of the natives of the perimeter Algeria led by the Kabyles, France has transferred this management to the Arab minority, it has been guaranteed to preserve its economic spaces. This specific practice of French colonization is observed in all parts of Africa which have had the misfortune to endure it. Even today the consequences are there.
