Being Kabyle is not an ethnic matter, nor a matter of genes. It is a political, cultural and even civilizational matter. It is also a matter of democracy, freedom, equality and justice.
Kabyles are a separate people with their own language, culture, land, history, habits and customs. It is a people descended from the prestigious Amazigh group.
To become a Kabyle citizen, you must defend democracy, freedom, secularism, equality, solidarity, human rights, modernity, universal values of tolerance, social justice and diversity.
