According to international law, Kabylia is under a regime of violation of human rights, and therefore the Kabyle people are legitimate to create their own government and parliament to work in achieving their rights as a people and nation like other people of the world to enjoy all the rights and freedom enshrined in the right of Humanity by the United Nations.
