THE CONTESTING INTERFERENCE OF THE ALGERIAN POLITBURO IN THE FRENCH MEDIA
The characteristic of dictators, seized by the vertigo of a power usurped by force and violence consolidated by corruption, clientelism and nepotism in defiance of all ethical rules have this particularity of living in panic fear. Every gesture or action of their political adversary is watched and experienced, frightened in their paranoia, as a danger, a disaster.
You don’t need to be a great politician to guess that the cancellation, at the last minute, of the interview, this Sunday evening October 2, of Mr. Ferhat Mehenni by the journalist Ivan Rioufol on CNEWS, obeys a pressing request from the Algerian colonial junta to the French authorities.
The cancellation of this intervention is a Pyrrhic victory for the junta, it is factually a political defeat at the international level where it accentuates its isolation.
Like the refusal it opposed to the request for an international investigation issued by the MAK, Movement for the Self-determination of Kabylia, on the assassination of Djamel Bensmail, in fact killed by the Algerian secret service as is seen in all the videos of the murderous aggression and the criminal forest fires that destroyed thousands of hectares of forests, fauna and flora, calcining more than 500 Kabyles and destroying hundreds of olive groves and trees of the arboreal heritage etc… the band of thugs of the Tagarins (Algerian minister of war), lair of the supreme power, the real burrow of the Politburo, is the victim of its own dictatorial behavior.
The demand for a ban on this media intervention on the political conditions in Kabylia and Algeria on the place of Islamism confirms, if there is any, the arbitrary and colonial nature of the military junta and proves to French and international opinion that these thugs in power have things to hide.
The shock wave of this action, contrary to all the rules of exercise and political practice within the republican framework, continues to raise condemnations through all social networks. This Algeria created by France has deepened its political isolation even further.
The French experienced, this Sunday evening October 2, a media-political remake of the years of media interference by the French government in the ORTF, French Broadcasting-Television Office, under the thumb of the Minister of Information of Kabylia period (1).
Will the French media swallow the dictatorial snake of the Algerian Politburo, swallow their saliva, thus creating a precedent which will necessarily be renewed or, on the contrary, will they rebel and open a debate on the shameful and insulting interference of the Algerian dictatorship in the editorial line? French media?
For the moment, this band of thugs in power in Algeria has succeeded with arrogance and contempt for all the rules of journalistic ethics in exporting to France its own conception of what freedom of the press should be.
With or without this interview, the message from Kabylia has passed. This disdainful censorship, dictated from the Tagarins, is worth more than thousands of arguments and justifies, on this point alone, in the eyes of public opinion and the international community, the reasons for the necessary independence of Kabylia. You who do not want to hear the voice of Kabylia and its cry for freedom and independence, with or without your repression, know that Kabylia will win.
