Amnesty International and Human Rights Watch demand the immediate release of SLIMANE BOUHAFS from Algeria
And who is Slimane BOUHAFS? …
He is one of the 329 Kabyle sequestered and taken hostage by the Algerian military junta in order to blackmail Kabylia and force it to submit to Arab-Islamism.
He has been in arbitrary detention in Koléa for more than a year.
He is doubly guilty vis-à-vis the Algerian Arab-Islamic State because he is Kabyle and Christian.
He has already served two years in prison because of his Christian faith before going into exile in Tunisia, believing to escape anti-Kabyle hatred and reprisals.
He is finally overtaken by the Algerian-Tunisian Arab-Islamic solidarity and delivered by the infamous Tunisia to the criminal Algeria.
He is accused of “terrorism”, the height of nerve and indecency when we know the track record of the Algerian military junta since its shameful legacy of the border army to this day…
What the two NGOs say:
“A year has passed since Slimane Bouhafs disappeared from his host country before reappearing detained in the country he had fled, without either government saying whether he was brought there against his will”,
“On August 25, 2021, unidentified men in civilian clothes came to the home of Slimane Bouhafs in Tunis, forced him into a vehicle and left, his family said according to information collected from of witnesses”
“ On September 1, 2021, Slimane Bouhafs appeared before an Algerian court, where a judge opened a judicial investigation against him because of alleged links with the Movement for the self-determination of Kabylia (MAK), an organization considered to be terrorist by the Algerian authorities, and for publishing posts on Facebook, in a context where peaceful activism is increasingly the subject of criminal prosecution. »
We are indeed dealing with a criminal organization (the military junta) made up of gangsters with all the means of a state…
