THE DEVASTATING US REPORT ON HUMAN RIGHTS IN ALGERIA AND AFTER…
The US State Department, headed by Antony Blinken, published its annual report on the state of human rights in the world for 2022 on 20 March. In a section dedicated to the country called Algeria, this document pinpoints the junta in power over many violations of human rights and fundamental freedoms.
A salient decision to be taken, among other miserable actions and behaviours unworthy of a State that aspires to the mutual respect of civilized nations, so much it discredits and further discredits the junta, is the ludicrous and deceptive attempt to deceive civilized states into classifying the Movement for Self-Determination of Kabylia (MAK) as a “terrorist organization” and incidentally Kabylia as a “terrorist region.”
Ânonnée, ad nauseam, by the junta and its Pravda, this nauseating classification was rejected by the United States, both in form and in substance, considering it dictated “more through political considerations than security, because the MAK movement is very critical of the government and does not appear to have committed what the United States defines as acts of terrorism.”
Let us note in this regard that, to put it mildly, “criticism” is the right of the MAK towards this junta to respect, with serenity but much firmness, the right to self-determination of Kabylia, which is a noble and inalienable claim of the Kabyle people.
The MAK, Kabylia, have nothing to do with internal issues related to the mafia and criminal governance of the junta, aggravated by trafficking in US-dollar cocaine, of which Khaled, Tebboune’s son and senior army officers are or have been involved.
Great good, may the junta keep the power and persist in exercising it arbitrarily and inexorably. Let the next generation become junctions, as has been done since 1962. Far from harming Kabylia and the neighbouring countries, a story of Algerian-Algerian involution to make lasting and told for all future generations, but it will be without and outside Kabylia that fights for its independence only for its liberation.
The junta suffered the boomerang effect of its lies dictated by despair and cunning, unworthy at this level of responsibility. She’s like a sprinkler. Despite herself, she is rebuffed. Some will say «disavowed» to mitigate the depression inflicted on her by the Department of Mr Blinken. She suffers the humiliation of being denounced and exposed in front of all her human rights violations and denials of the minor elementary freedoms, systematically penalized and punished, such as a simple «like», a sharing or a satirical emoticon against her. That is fascism. We call a spade a spade.
The State Department has noted the existing oppositions between what is dictated by the fundamental law and judicial practices in fact of rapes, which are real abuses of power dictated by the junta to Algerian cowardly judges and attacks on the human condition, here the Kabyles (torture, rape, blackmail against the families of detainees and peaceful activists, etc.), an arbitrariness which they will have to answer one day soon, judges and junta, if not the Algerian state.
Delaying practices concerning systematically postponed trials, arbitrary pre-trial detention followed by vague charges, some of which are arbitrarily changed, as lawyers have repeatedly noted, during the strike investigation of the junta’s interventions to aggravate them generally, the attacks on freedom of worship, as many denials and violations of international law, contained in the iterative recommendations, They have remained in vain, issued by civilized countries since 2007 during the UPR, by international institutions and NGOs.
Arrogant and dominating with his blackmail with oil and gas, added to the wave of migration, instrumentalized and well maintained towards Europe, the junta taunts the international community and persists in its abuses, denying all its international commitments to respect human rights and fundamental freedoms. Using, among other things, blackmail against Europe and especially France, with passes, conditioned and well calculated, the junta maintains terror by the threat of regional migration according to geopolitical circumstances.
The reports, the denunciations and the condemnations, which have remained without follow-up, follow each other and resemble each other to this day, if not on the image of this Algeria, in any case, fatally soiled, seem to be swords in the water, for the victims and paradoxically, an encouragement for the gang of criminals in power who persist and sign.
