Rally at the Merzouk Touati Committee’s appeal Sunday (August 26th) in Paris.
21st of June, in the Vgayet Court of Appeal: Kabyle blogger Merzouk Touati was sentenced by the Algerian court to seven years imprisonment for publishing on his blog – El Hogra – the interview of a former Israeli diplomat.
For the militant Chawi Yella Houha; a great friend of Kabylie, the chairman of the Merzouk Touati Committee, “the freedom to want to understand, to speak and to inform the people, has been violated”.
To save Merzouk Touati from Algerian jails, the “Merzouk Touati Committee”, organizes on Sunday 26/08/2018 at 3 pm a rally at the Place de la Bataille de Stalingrad, 75019 Paris.
