The communication service to the Provisional Government of Kabylia just published the new official portrait of the President of the Provisional Government of Kabylia by incorporating to it the official flag of Kabylia.
This official portrait is an element of the protocol which is being added to the existing coat of arms of the Provisional Government of Kabylia.
The communication service of the Anavad has already sent it in electronic format to the international press agencies and to the political world and kabyle cultural occasional partners and to the friendly organizations worldwide inviting them to use it when the President of the Provisional Government of Kabylia is named in the future events that they will have to organize.
As a reminder, the President of the Provisional Government of Kabylia will be in the USA for the raising of the kabyle flag in New York, in front of UN headquarters, Sunday, October 11th, 2015 at 10 am.
