Kabyles are a separate people with their own language, culture, land, history, habits and customs. It is a people descended from the prestigious Amazigh group.
To become a Kabyle citizen, you must defend democracy, freedom, secularism, equality, solidarity, human rights, modernity, universal values of tolerance, social justice and diversity.
